Orders and availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Handcrafted pieces may show natural variation in weave, tone, dimensions or finish. An order acknowledgement records your request; final acceptance follows availability and payment confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Catalogue values are maintained in INR. When another currency is selected, the storefront shows a converted reference value using the latest cached exchange rate. The payment provider confirms the final settlement currency and amount before payment. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
Product representation
We take care to represent colour and texture accurately, but screens and natural materials can vary. Dimensions for handcrafted work are approximate. Please request additional images or guidance before ordering if a detail is important to your decision.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order. Return eligibility depends on the item, condition and whether it was customised. Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order pieces may not be returnable except where faulty or incorrectly supplied.
