Dispatch
Ready pieces typically dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page. Made-to-order carpets and customised work receive a confirmed production and dispatch estimate after consultation.
Delivery
Complimentary standard delivery is available on qualifying orders over ₹50,000. Other delivery prices are calculated at checkout. International duties or destination charges may apply separately.
On arrival
Inspect the parcel promptly. If packaging is damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours with the order number and clear images.
Returns
Contact us before returning anything. Eligible unused pieces must be returned in original condition and protective packaging within the agreed window. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Bespoke pieces
Custom colours, sizes, monograms and commissioned carpets are normally final sale unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. We confirm these conditions before bespoke work begins.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Original duties and some delivery costs may be non-refundable.
